While I was in Canada (Nov. 2020) I purchased Samsung S21 ultra 5G, model name SM-G998W. I shifted to India in 2022 and 4G network is doing fine. Since the 5g network has started in operative,but the phone is not switching to 5G network.
Some of colleagues have suggested that I need to change the software ( phone purchased in Canada) to get the 5G network compatible and working in India.
Is it possible to get the software updated to make it 5G compatible in India?
